Terms of Service

By using the SmartWash App you agree to the following terms.
1. Description of service
SmartWash is a mobile application providing booking, payment, and loyalty management for contactless car wash services in Azerbaijan.
2. Account creation
- User must be at least 13 years old.
- Accurate information must be provided during phone-number registration.
- Only one active session per account is supported at a time.
3. Booking & payment
- Confirmed bookings can be modified or cancelled subject to the rules below.
- Cancellation policy:
- More than 1 hour before: full refund
- 30 min — 1 hour before: 50% refund
- Less than 30 min: no refund
- 10+ minutes late arrival: automatic cancellation, no refund
- Balance top-ups of 50 AZN or more receive a 5% bonus automatically.
4. User obligations
- Do not provide false information
- Do not use the App for unlawful purposes
- Abuse (fraudulent promo codes, multiple registrations, etc.) results in account suspension
5. Liability
SmartWash is responsible for service quality, but liability for damage to vehicles during the wash is determined by the insurance policy. SmartWash is not responsible for force-majeure events (natural disasters, power outages, etc.).
6. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the App or at smartwash.az/account-delete.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Baku city.
